We are Fides
Fides is an early stage LegalTech startup based out of Munich. We are creating a data-driven & AI-enabled way to manage corporate governance duties. We will go above and beyond to make this work and expand into global jurisdictions quickly.

Founded by successful, second-time founders and funded by top-tier VCs (like Sequoia), we are preparing to make our mark in the startup heaven. We want to build something special, both in terms of product and in terms of culture. This will be a rocket ship and we need one more passenger before we can really take off!
Your mission
As an SDR, you will be responsible for lead generation, particularly through cold calling. You will work closely with our Senior Enterprise Account Executives and our Founders and assist in developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new customers. Our target customers are large enterprises with multiple entities worldwide and our stakeholders are C-level Executives and General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls to generate new leads.
  • Qualifying prospects and setting appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Enterprise Account Executives to refine outreach strategies.
Your profile
  • Degree: Degree in law, business, finance, computer science or a related field.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attitude: You think turning a “no” into a “yes” is exciting and always possible.
  • Experience: Previous sales & business development experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in LegalTech (not a must).
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements.
  • Independent and Proactive: Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to tackling tasks.
  • Interest in LegalTech: Enthusiastic about innovation in the legal market using new technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive in identifying issues and seeking solutions without hesitation.
  • Report and Presentation Skills: Skilled in creating documents and presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Multitasking: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Development: Ability to implement feedback and continuously improve performance.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Willing to perform administrative tasks to support team efficiency.
  • Teamplayer: A strong team-oriented mindset, enjoying active participation in team events and engaging with other team members.
