Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Working Hours: Full-time, Mondays - Fridays, TBD

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $1200 - $2000/month

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and finding appropriate solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive prompt and effective technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Guide customers through the setup and configuration of software and devices
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements

Summary of Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a technical support role
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong coding skills
  • Proficiency with Shopify App
  • Familiarity with Liquid is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
