Responsibilities

Mentor and lead a team of blockchain core engineers

Partner closely with various engineering teams to conceptualize and implement new services

Optimize the performance of the BDN (Blockchain Distribution Network) by enhancing speed through innovations aligned with the blockchain protocol, network infrastructure, and consensus model

Create offerings that leverage the speed of the data that passes through the blockchain distribution network

Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and other future blockchains on the roadmap

Stay up to date with the latest developments in blockchain technology

Requirements

2+ years experience in managing Sr. Software Engineers

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain, demonstrating proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust or C++

At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems

Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBSComprehensive understanding of trading and mining operations, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive innovation

Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas through documentation, feedback mechanisms, and collaborative interactions

Creative, independent, can do attitude
