With a global cadre of industry luminaries, we lead in operational design and technology implementation across a broad spectrum of applications, positioning our clients at the leading edge of digital transformation.

Role Overview: As the Demand Planner in the SAP Tower at Argano, you will play a crucial role in managing two key business processes: Planning the Long-term Resource Requirements in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Horizon, and the Short-term Resource Supply in the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Horizon. Reporting directly to the IBE Director, you will ensure alignment and feasibility in resource planning, collaborating with stakeholders in contractor management and demand planning, and contributing to the successful staffing of projects to meet service level objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Planning and Management:

  • Work with the Delivery Resource leadership by Domain / Line of Business, Practice, and Pillar to support demand.
  • Develop monthly supply, sales & delivery plans which include gap analysis, account for attrition, and strategic growth.
  • Manage resource staffing levels to support business metrics such as growth, revenue, margin, utilization, and retention.
  • Collaborate on the Hiring, RIF, and contracting plans needed to support the SAP Tower’s staffing goals.

Strategic Partnering And Collaboration

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic contracting agencies and alliance partners to support staffing requirements.
  • Drive accuracy in resource forecast and availability by role within the S&OE Horizon.
  • Ensure projects are staffed with qualified resources in a timely manner and highlight areas where there is a mismatch between demand and supply and work to close the gaps.

Operational Excellence And Continuous Improvement

  • Facilitate and contribute in cross-functional meetings with delivery management, key contracting vendors, sales organization, and finance teams to develop supply plans and functional alignment.
  • Monitor schedule adherence metrics and manage delivery and sourcing planning exceptions to mitigate impact on customer service levels.
  • Guide resource recommendations for upskilling and cross-skilling as needed to meet market conditions and go-to-market strategy.
  • Responsible for accuracy of master data supporting the supply planning processes and resource dimensions.
  • Continuous improvement of resource management process, technology, and data security.

Minimum And/or Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent undergraduate degree, with related work experience. Training (or equivalent prior experience) with supply planning tools like SAP APO-SNP, SAP IBP, Oracle ASCP, or equivalent constrained based supply planning tools is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience with working in a systems integration organization within the HR or Resource Management Space. 2+ years of experience in balancing supply chain resources with supply chain requirements.
  • Certifications: APICS, SHRM, PHR, or RMCP certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated high proficiency in Excel advanced functions. Ability to understand the dynamics of the business – both commercially and operationally. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
