Support Shepherd is a leading recruitment agency based in the USA, with operations spanning across Latin America and the Philippines. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to contribute to our expanding global market presence.

Position: Business Development Representative (LatAm)

Salary Range: 1800 - 2200 USD + 1% commission on converted leads

Location: Fully remote, Only for LATAM 

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs. per week, 9:00 am—6:00 pm Colombian Time.

Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the USA region through market research and outreach.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to establish initial contact with potential clients. 
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our services and understand client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the LatAm and USA region.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team regarding market insights and potential opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development, and sales, with services or recruiting/ headhunting within the USA market. (Must have)
  • Experience with headhunting/recruiting agencies is a plus but not required. (Nice to have)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish with an English proficiency level of C1. (Must have)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
