Job description

Position Overview: As the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the legal technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Foster relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • US or UK citizen or have working rights 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
