Your missions

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to join our team helping us build our next-generation platform products Boss Revolution. We’re creating a lot of exciting new solutions using Go. If you don’t know Golang yet but have strong commercial experience with other modern programming languages and consider programming languages as tools to reach goals, this is your chance to learn and gain commercial experience with Golang!

At IDT you will:

Work on new features and bug fixes in the Scrum team.

Take responsibility for the full software development life-cycle, from understanding the needs of the business through coding to deployment and maintenance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and participate in product and sprint backlog meetings.

Demonstrate your technology-agnostic positive attitude with the ability to learn and desire to implement solutions using various technologies, including Golang.

Work on high-performing, mission-critical, scalable, and resilient applications and services.

Drive technical excellence and tech debt reduction.

We are looking for a person with:

Experience in the full cycle of development from implementation to prod deployment and support.

Deep knowledge and 5+ years of production experience with any modern programming language (.NET, Java/Kotlin etc.).

A strong desire to learn and use Golang in a commercial setting.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar.

Understanding of modern design patterns and proven experience applying them.

Good level of English – B2 or higher.

It would be a plus to have:

Experience in the Payments domain.

Experience in business analysis and communications with users and stakeholders.

Experience in building scalable and highly-available system architectures.

Experience in developing backends for frontends.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.

Hands-on experience with Linux as the target platform.
