We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced leader for our Provider Acquisition team in Senegal as a Provider Acquisition Director.

This role will be responsible for recruiting signing up and acquiring new healthcare providers to join a health insurance provider network in Nigeria and Egypt,Senegal, maintaining provider relationships and following up on the provider performance.

  • Sign up healthcare providers in Senegal to be part of our health insurance provider network.
  • Manage negotiation of tariffs and conclusion of contracts with providers.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining processes and systems to provide routine services to members including contract management and credentialing.
  • Hires, trains, and measures performance of staff to provide effective and operations within budget.
  • Involved with the design and operations of database systems used to manage provider data and produce reports.
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
  • Give input into developing the budget.
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Medicine from a reputable institution.
  • Similar role in a healthcare company/medical insurance company as a provider acquisition for at least 7+ year Experience in medical/paramedical/vet/science or pharmaceuticals is a plus willingness to travel.
  • You have at least 7+ years’ experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Insurance.
  • Ability to use data to drive decision making and problem solving.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English (which is our global company language).
