UI Designer

Value Proposition: As a UI Designer at Multilogin, you will be pivotal in enhancing our user interfaces by replicating and improving upon existing web UI layouts from top products like Gmail, Google Drive, and Windows Explorer. Your role is crucial in creating a premium and cohesive design that aligns with our brand identity. You will work with the existing Carbon design system to deliver a seamless user experience and workflows. Your expertise will help us overcome design limitations and elevate the overall user experience of our products.

Responsibilities:

1. Core Responsibilities:

   
   

   • Design unified solutions for various products and platforms according to the brand.
   • Create UI design views and prototypes based on brand and client needs, providing input to web developers.
   • Develop user experience-based graphical and conceptual user processes.
2. Additional Responsibilities:

   
   

   • Consult with clients and development teams to find the best user experience solutions.
   • Analyze the value created for the user and the business from the perspective of user experience.
   • Perform user experience tests (usability testing, hallway testing, card sorting, etc.).

Requirements:

1. Core Requirements:

   
   

   • Proven experience with graphics editors and design software like Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe Photoshop.
   • Ability to create and develop user experience-based graphical and conceptual user processes.
   • Experience in compiling thorough prototypes for user-flows and design patterns.
2. Additional Requirements:

   
   

   • Ability to maintain a unified logic of design across environments and create or complement an online CVI or design system.
   • Familiarity with modern digital solutions trends.
   • Experience in projects that require coordination and harmonization of many goals, requirements, and people.

Role Specifics:

• Top 5 Deliverables and Focus Areas:

  
  

  1. Graphics Design Proposals: Create three graphic design proposals for the UI using layouts from similar products.
  2. Figma Design: Develop a detailed Figma design for the chosen proposal.
  3. Developer Specifications: Write clear specifications for developers to implement the design.
  4. Premium Interface Design: Use existing layouts to create a visually appealing and premium interface.
  5. Seamless User Experience: Work within the limitations of the current design system to ensure a seamless user experience.
