Your missions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights on the focused markets in the assigned territory and propose the strategy/tactics/initiatives and business plan for assigned territory and implement ;
  • Executive the Key Initiatives of the Segments by closely working with Sales Teams;
  • ODE development plan and implementation; Leads verification; Opportunities/Projects Management to ensure the high hitting rate.
  • Segment performance track, opportunity track, account (ODE) development track.
  • Drive Key Projects to deliver the Business Results and KPIs;
  • Cooperate to support overseas projects if needed
  • Assist Segment manager to build up segment Competency Centre to provide guidance for Sales to have a standard and professional approach to provide value to customers.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide insights on the focused market in the assigned territory and propose the strategy/tactics/initiatives and business plan for assigned territory and implement. (10%)
  • Develop and maintain relations with ODE customer to keep our position in segment (40%)
  • Achieving Yearly KPI and Month Targets base on Power segment sales budget by closely working with Sales Teams. (30%)
  • Plan and monitor daily BD activities to make sure that target is achieved, including meetings, communication with sales team, customer calls etc.. (20%)
     

Job qualifications and behavioral competences:

  • At least Bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years working experience in Coatings/Chemistry industry as Marketing/BD/Sales, preferred in power related area.
  • Good English skill in oral and written
  • High Compliance Awareness
  • High Ethical Standards
  • Self-Driving and Motivated
  • Good insights for new business development
  • Familiar with Coating Products spec-in process
  • Have existing career network with Design Institutes, EPC companies and Owners.
