Job description for Sr. Data Integration DeveloperWe have an immediate opening for a Sr. Data Integration Developer who is a talented problem-solving developer with the ability to develop and implement data integration processes and production databases. The right candidate must be able to balance multiple projects and work independently with speed and agility. This position will be based from your home. 
  1. Design, develop, and maintain databases to support application development and marketing programs including data warehouses, OLTP and OLAP databases.
  2. Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  4. Design, develop, document, and test solutions for manual and automated integration of data to and from databases.
  5. Perform database and query optimization and profiling.
  6. Design effective validation and reporting routines to ensure proper processing of data.
  7. Work with project managers, technical leads and other team members to convert business requirements into documented technical requirements.
 QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree MUST HAVE SKILLS
  1. Very good communication skills.
  2. Experience with Query performance optimization.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SQL Server.
  4. Minimum of 7 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing ETL solutions using SSIS.
 PREFERRED SKILLS
  1. Experience writing Script tasks in SSIS.
  2. Must be a team player with ability to perform with limited supervision.
  3. Candidate should possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices.
  4. Self-motivated, results oriented, creative and strong sense of accountability.
