Job Description

As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of the talent acquisition and onboarding process for our tutors. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to Ostaz’s mission of providing high-quality education through exceptional tutors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing qualified tutors through online platforms, social media, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open tutoring positions.

  • Schedule preliminary interviews with potential tutors.

  • Assist with onboarding new tutors by collecting and processing paperwork, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the Ostaz team.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and spreadsheets.

  • Support with administrative HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proficient in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
