Job Title: Assistant Manager

Department: Verifications

Position Type:  Full-Time

Location: Remote

Band & Grade: G2-L3   

Reports to: Associate Vice President- Operations

About the Role:

The primary responsibility for the position is to manage about 60+ people, will have extensive interaction with clients from US / other client facing teams and will be responsible for building the credibility of the team and self. & must work on building and maintaining a high performance team maintains very high aspirations in terms of quality, productivity and accuracy.

This Is What You’ll Do:

  • Perform duties supporting various disciplines including process, productivity, SLA’s & quality Supports Operations Manager in day-to-day operations; Substitutes as Operations Manager as needed.
  • Utilize Key Performance Indicators to set targets, lead the daily operations meetings.
  • Work on process and productivity improvement projects.
  • Efficient & effective use of resources to maintain a viable & sustainable operation.
  • Leadership and Development of Staff
  • Be a positive leader that encourages cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure proper motivation of staff through coaching, delegation and follow up to suggestions and ideas.
  • Implement processes, systems, new technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

Experience:

  • 4+ Years’ experience in BPO

Qualifications:

  • Under-Graduate/ Graduate.
