Job Title: Assistant Manager

About the Role:
The primary responsibility for the position is to manage about 60+ people, will have extensive interaction with clients from US / other client facing teams and will be responsible for building the credibility of the team and self. & must work on building and maintaining a high performance team maintains very high aspirations in terms of quality, productivity and accuracy.
This Is What You’ll Do:
- Perform duties supporting various disciplines including process, productivity, SLA’s & quality Supports Operations Manager in day-to-day operations; Substitutes as Operations Manager as needed.
- Utilize Key Performance Indicators to set targets, lead the daily operations meetings.
- Work on process and productivity improvement projects.
- Efficient & effective use of resources to maintain a viable & sustainable operation.
- Leadership and Development of Staff
- Be a positive leader that encourages cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Ensure proper motivation of staff through coaching, delegation and follow up to suggestions and ideas.
- Implement processes, systems, new technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.

Experience:
- 4+ Years’ experience in BPO
Qualifications:
- Under-Graduate/ Graduate.
