Role Description:
Through our ecosystem, we engage with many dive shops worldwide to facilitate high-quality dive experiences. Our hybrid model allows dive shops to either manage their bookings independently or interact with our team for comprehensive support and guidance. We strive to provide first-class service through timely, knowledgeable, and professional assistance.
We seek experienced scuba divers who are digital natives, comfortable taking initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, and the courage to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Coordination:
- Plan and schedule online appointments with new dive shops.
- Provide knowledge and guidance on “how to” and quality customer service for members and suppliers.
- Support and Communication:
- Support members and suppliers through various communication and organizational tasks, including answering emails and making phone and video calls.
- Arrange and conduct video calls and phone calls with dive shop representatives, following PADI Travel Management guidelines.
- Manage structured follow-up communication with dive shop representatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in filling out admin details and digitally signing Commercial Agreements.
- Assist customers with post-booking enquiries.
- Take ownership of problems until their resolution, escalating to managers when necessary.
- Approach issues rationally, devising reasonable actions to solve them.
- Troubleshoot basic login issues.
- Log all interactions in the appropriate system.
- Cross-check information related to online bookable products, performing quality checks and correcting discrepancies.
- Upload and edit information and files into the PADI Extranet and partner platforms.
- Inform dive shop representatives of the completion status and provide instructions for verifying public availability and inputting sensitive information independently.
- Aware of copyright issues relating to visual assets
- Achieve targets related to member and supplier engagement and satisfaction.
- Perform other services as agreed with the Operations Manager.

- PADI Pro - does not have to be renewed but needs up to date knowledge of PADI Courses and standards.
