Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent – Portuguese (Late Shift) to join our Betfair International team.

About the Role:

Become a Customer Service Agent and play a key role in shaping the Betfair International customer experience! You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling all customer inquiries across various channels like phone, email, live chat, social media, and even telephone betting.

What you'll do:

  • Be a customer champion! Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries while providing exceptional service.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure complex problems are resolved efficiently.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized interaction.
  • Identify and escalate recurring customer issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Continuously contribute to improving BFI's customer service approach.

What we're looking for:

  • A passionate and fluent Portuguese and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable using the internet.
  • A genuine interest and knowledge of sports and gaming products.
  • The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including evenings, weekends, and potentially nights depending on business needs.
