What we need 

Position Summary: As a Customer Service Print Specialist at Mixam, you will be the frontline contact for our customers, providing assistance with their print orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a deep understanding of print production processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers achieve their printing needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, navigating the website, and understanding product options.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to print orders, including quality concerns, shipping issues, and order discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Educate customers on print products, services, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the printing industry.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in Prepress
  • Familiarity with print production processes and terminology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Understanding of different printing techniques and materials.

*This position will be hired via EOR for a 12 month period
