Your missions

As a Business Analyst, you will ensure to bridge the gap between IT and business objectives by analysing processes, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions that align with organizational goals. You are responsible in facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting user needs.

Our client is an Australian Headquartered company that provides superior offshore back-office support to all their clients. They design and implement innovative systems and along with their approach to client schemes and and large involvement in the community they grew exponentially over the last 25 years.

They are one of the leaders in the market and they are looking to expand their team here in the Philippines. They are currently expanding their team of IT professionals and they are in search for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements.

•Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

•User Research: Assist with user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate requirements.

•Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

•Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

•Kanban Coordination: Assist in managing the Kanban board, defining project scope, and tracking work items through various stages of the development process. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

•Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing and validation of digital solutions to ensure they meet business and user requirements.

•Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve our digital products and processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

•Proven Experience of at least 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on digital projects (web and mobile).

•Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural and Miro.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

•Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, and understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies, specifically Agile and Kanban.

•Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform project requirements and improvements.

•Proficiency capturing business requirements, functional specifications and documenting user stories, and use cases.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Advantageous Skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering or related.

•Have prior experience in various industries

•Have good experience working in an Agile environment
