About the Role
As Senior Paid Media Manager at Envato, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for crafting and executing full-funnel campaigns across social media, YouTube, and display networks. You'll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and building brand awareness on a global scale.
What you’ll be doing:Develop and execute global paid media strategies across social, YouTube and display. Create targeted, full-funnel marketing campaigns that connect with users at every stage of the buying journeyOptimize campaign budgets for maximum ROICollaborate with inhouse creative teams to ensure we have effective creative that gets cut-through and delivers results. Collaborate with Analytics to understand and drive performance Work closely with the paid search team to ensure cohesive campaigns across platfromsAnalyze data (and collaborate with the Analytics team) to uncover actionable insights and ensure continuous improvement.Stay updated with the latest paid media trends and technologies.Manage relationships with ad platforms.Lead, develop and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.Foster a creative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.Ensure alignment with cross-functional marketing initiatives.
About you:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, etc.).5+ years of experience in managing social media, YouTube, and display campaigns - across all stages of the purchase funnelCertification and experience with Google Ads, DV360, SA360, and Meta.Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Some of the great things we offer
