P1 – Beginner (0-2 yrs experience) P2 – Intermediate (3-5 yrs experience) P3 – Advanced (7-10 yrs experience P4 – Expert (10+ yrs experience) Role Description: The Oracle HCM Cloud Data Conversion Developer will serve as data conversion expert across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite to excecute Oracle HCM Cloud conversion across various modules. * Collaborate closely functional team to understand business requirements and data mappings to create technical documents for converison objects. * Create HDL files based on data mapping requirements and transformation rules. * Develop HCM extracts, OTBI, and/or BIP Reports for technical data conversion validation and reconciliation. * Execute HCM Cloud data conversion and perform technical data conversion validation/reconciliation for Mock, Dress Rehearsal, and Cutover. * Identify, triage, and resolve issues with regards to HDLs, conversion load, and functional configurations. * Support functional team and client team to identify data cleanse issues in client-provided data. * Mentor junior team members in Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion capabilities. Required: * Minimum 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion experience with 1-2 full cycle implementation experience across Oracle HCM Cloud. * Minimum 5+ years of experience with HDLs and Spreadsheet loaders for conversion, OTBI and BIP Reports, and HCM Extracts for technical data validation. * Mininum 5+ years experience in SQL and PL/SQL for developing reports and extracts for technical valdiation and reconciliation. * Ability to understand end to end business process and analyze downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables.
