P1 – Beginner (0-2 yrs experience) P2 – Intermediate (3-5 yrs experience) P3 – Advanced (7-10 yrs experience P4 – Expert (10+ yrs experience) Role Description: As an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll business process analyst you will perform the following tasks: • Maintain requirements matrix and perform gap analysis • Document and configure module • Set up test data • Test system and resolve differences between expected and actual results • Review test packages with test lead • Work with business function owners to develop system test condition and scripts and understand the system • Analyze and diagnose problems encountered within the module tested and recommend solutions • Design modifications/required enhancements and identify their impacts on the rest of the system • Provide guidance and review for application developers |
