Key responsabilities:
- Process requests for medical records ensuring accuracy and privacy protection
- Interact with ROI Area Manager to address concerns affecting performance
- Classify request types, validate authorizations, release information securely
- Handle requestor inquiries professionally, maintain confidentiality and an efficient workflow
- Complete additional tasks as assigned including creating invoices and updating client information
