The Task

Germany is a key growth market for RLDatix, with 60 employees, over 700 customers and 3 strategically located offices across the country. We are actively investing in our German operations to further strengthen our service offerings and expand our presence. As an Account Manager/Consultant, you will become an integral part of our mission to improve healthcare safety and quality in Germany and beyond:

As a consultant in one of our three consulting teams, you will play an important role in the implementation of RLDatix software products in German hospitals. Your tasks will include

  • Configuration of our Allocate Optima SaaS application
  • Gathering, evaluating and documenting business requirements
  • Reporting to the most important stakeholders
  • Independent planning of activities with sub-project management depending on experience level
  • Collaboration on the further development of our software products

  • Degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, a related field or equivalent IT training.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and good interpersonal skills in dealing with both customers and colleagues
  • Initiative, excellent self-organization, assertiveness and flexibility.
  • Willingness to visit our customers in Germany on a regular basis
  • A background in implementing software projects (HR software) in the healthcare sector would be advantageous
  • Experience in conducting user workshops (planning, leading and taking minutes of meetings)
  • Experience in conducting product training, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Problem-solver mentality
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
