The role:

You will work closely with the Project Manager and/or Project Director, you will be responsible for assisting in the projects daily activities and have the ability to work across 2-3 hospitality projects in North America at any one time depending on project value and complexity.

We will count on you to:

  • Basic financial acumen, understanding of how decisions affect bottom line
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Manage project feasibility and delivery
  • Basic contract administration skills
  • Assisting the design process to achieve the clients requirements and manage expectations
  • Assisting with tenders to appoint external contractors and consultants
  • Ability to co-ordinate a team of expert consultants
  • Reviewing plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential problems, etc.
  • Reviewing and monitoring project programmes
  • Liaising with, and coordinating with clients and project stakeholders


What you need to have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to provide input into reports
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Organised and diligent, with a desire to learn from the more senior members of the team
  • Self-starter whilst still being collaborative
  • Understand and priorities tasks in line with project deliverables
  • Commercially astute and proactive approach
  • Assist with variations and upgrades as requested by the customer
  • Prepare reports accurately and in the timeframes required
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
