Position Overview

As an Administrative Assistant with us, you'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. What You'll Do

Support managers and specialists by ensuring smooth operations and updated processes.

Manage both digital and physical files effectively.

Occasionally assist with customer experience tasks to ensure exceptional service delivery.

What You Bring

2 to 4+ years of administrative experience in diverse environments.

Proven ability to create and implement efficient workflow processes.

Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite, and similar tools.

Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.

A problem-solving mindset with a knack for creative solutions.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic startup environment.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online for data entry tasks.
