Position Summary

If you are passionate about AI, and about finding and placing top talent for our AI programs and project-based roles, and you know how to engage candidates on a human level, this is a great opportunity for you! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. Additionally, the candidate must have an extensive background in vendor management and strong skills in reporting and visualization of reports. This role requires someone who can manage high-volume recruitment for specific projects and programs, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project-Based Recruitment:
  • Headhunt and proactively recruit candidates for all program and project-based positions within e2f.
  • Work closely with project managers to identify staffing needs for specific programs and projects.
  • Assist the project management team with specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure alignment with company standards and project requirements.
  • Know in and out of vendor management tools and systems.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Data Analyzes:
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate recruitment performance and trends to stakeholders.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
  • Utilize and manage the ATS to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ensure data integrity within the ATS and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Process Optimization and Automation:
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes through automation and other efficiencies.
  • Implement new technologies and processes to enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Company Branding:
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create engaging content for job postings, social media, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • High-Volume Recruitment:
  • Manage high-volume recruitment projects, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment activities to hiring managers and leadership
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, Crowdsourcing, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Extensive background in vendor management.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience with ATS management and implementation of recruitment automation tools.
  • Strong skills in reporting and visualization of reports.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of employer branding and experience in creating recruitment marketing content.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment projects.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Passion for human language technology, marketing initiatives, product research, and AI.
