About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our office operations and contribute to the efficiency and productivity of our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in administrative tasks and office management.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, records, and documents.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.


About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience is preferred but not required.
