Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to deliver efficient secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role involves working closely with executives, handling various tasks to streamline their work and communications. You will provide personalized assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Your responsibilities will range from managing schedules and correspondence to organizing meetings and maintaining confidentiality. We require someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Any preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting sales leaders
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Executive Communication skills
  • Diplomacy and leadership courage required to regularly liaise with internal executive leadership and external audience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Expert customer service
  • Skilled at multi-tasking

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role working remotely from your home office. Your hours are flexible, however, you must have availability during normal business hours to meet with your client(s) as this role does not work in conjunction with another full-time position.
