Key Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate detailed Team Plans for the QA Team and Higher-Level Delivery Plans for other stakeholders.
• Track and report issues encountered by the team during a Project on a regular basis.
• Identify, report and (if possible) create mitigation strategies for risks to a project.
• Communicate project progress to variety of stakeholders on a regular basis – escalating immediately when risk(s) to project timelines is identified.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience with Software UAT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analysis and attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good Stakeholder Management skills.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Project Management frameworks (e.g. Agile).
• Familiarity with QA tools: JIRA (Defect Reporting) & TestRail (Test Case Management).
