Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling:
  Initiate outbound calls to potential clients.
  Introduce our services and value proposition.
  Qualify leads based on specific criteria.
  Handle objections and provide relevant information.
• Appointment Setting:
  Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
  Coordinate with the client to find suitable time slots.
  Ensure appointments align with the client’s availability:
  • Mondays and Tuesdays: 1 pm to 4 pm CST
  • Wednesdays and Thursdays: 9 am to 4 pm CST
• Lead Generation:
  Research and identify potential clients.
  Collect relevant contact information.
  Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
• Lead Nurturing:
  Follow up with leads via email or phone.
  Build rapport and establish trust.
  Provide additional information as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using dialer software (knowledge of any specific dialer software is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Time management skills to accommodate client availability.
