We are looking for you, located in Vienna (with 50% Home Office option) as a

Project Manager R&D (m/f/d)

Your tasks are:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of internal projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder requirements

• Analyze the existing SDLC, define and measure its performance

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams using Jira to track project progress and issues

• Define, measure, and report on key project performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget

• Manage business escalations

You’ll bring in:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and project management

• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies

• Proficient in project management tools

• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Experience in the healthcare industry

The minimum salary for this position is XX € gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
