Senior Staff Engineer - Scrum Master

• Understanding Product roadmap and technical scope of the project.
• Ensure timely delivery for Scrum/Kanban teams.
• Setup all Agile ceremonies in the project.
• Effective in knowledge transfer from on-site to off-shore.
• Effectively engage the client on daily basis.

• 7+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
• Experience with Agile project scoping. 
• Should be able to handle technical discussions with architects and propose improvement ideas.
• Effective communicator when presenting status updates to key stakeholders.
