JOB PURPOSE

As the Engineering Manager for the DICK’S Media Network, you will:

  • Drive the technical roadmap for the engineering team to build a scalable, reliable, and effective retail media network

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, stakeholders, and other engineering managers

  • Communicate and explain how the strategy of the team empowers the goals of the organization

  • Leverage first-party data to drive personalized and relevant content to Athletes where they are in their journey

  • Work across many different channels including online, in-store, mobile apps, and various third-party platforms

  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of engineers to help them learn and grow

  • Have a willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and innovate

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred

  • 6 to 10+ years experience

  • 1 to 3 years experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve
    specific end results within limited timeframes 

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200 - $158,800. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
