Your responsibilities 

  • Assisting with strategy, plans, and budgets you will feed into the strategy and assist in research, creation and day-to-day delivery of marketing plans aligned to commercial priorities for Talent Acquisition. Ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. Adhere to the budgeting process and keep the marketing budget for your allocated area or project up-to-date.  

  • Creating and activating impactful campaigns and content – working with marketing colleagues, recruiters and other subject-matter experts to create (or support the creation of) recruitment marketing campaigns and content that builds our employer brand and helps us hire amazing people. Ensuring effective implementation of campaigns across a variety of channels to achieve objectives. 

  • Contributing to reporting, accountability and ROI – Actively contributing to marketing effectiveness and ROI reporting on campaigns and activities, via evaluation, analysis and a transparent approach.  

  • Working as part of a team - You will proactively work and collaborate as part of the recruitment marketing team to deliver against overall Objective Key Results (OKRs) and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.  

 

 

What we are looking for 

  • Experience in marketing techniques including eDM, automation/nurtures, webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising and physical events; willingness to develop further expertise. 

  • Experience in supporting and activating effective recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns. 

  • Experience in developing an editorial calendar to maintain a consistent flow of content; repurposing existing content to fill in production gaps; being resourceful in finding and curating content that’s relevant to candidates. 

  • Creating content with SEO and mobile in mind. 

  • A curiosity and understanding of content testing and measurement; Google Analytics or similar skills a plus. 

  • Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment CRMs. 

  • Ability to plan projects and meet deadlines.
