Your responsibilities 

In this role you will: 

  • Develop and manage strategy, plans and budgets – you will create, own and implement the strategy and marketing plan, aligned to commercial priorities in Recruitment. Managing your team to ensure delivery is on time and within budget. You will own the marketing budget for your area. 

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract amazing people. 

  • Manage and optimize recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and email marketing. 

  • Create engaging content for recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns, such as job descriptions, videos, and blog posts. 

  • Analyse recruitment marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Work as a team with a focus on developing and managing others - You’ll manage, coach and develop a small number of staff, with a focus on managing employee performance and assisting in their career development. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels across the business acting as a trusted advisor. 

 

What we are looking for 

  • Employer Brand and storytelling: Expertise in managing an employer brand, with proven ability to build brand awareness and oversee employer reputation. You understand the value of an employer brand beyond a logo and can authentically communicate it. You're a great storyteller and content creator, inspiring employees to share their stories and empowering recruiters to attract candidates. 

  • Marketing and SEO expertise: You practice inbound marketing and SEO, ensuring content is found by the right audience. You develop a deep understanding of your target audience and organise campaigns and events to build brand awareness and generate leads. You’re proficient in developing and executing recruitment marketing and employer brand strategies. You have experience creating engaging content and managing campaigns across multiple channels. Proficiency in managing recruitment marketing operations and technology. 

  • Digital and social media savvy: Skilled in managing career websites and optimizing channels and advertising spend. You build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective content and marketing automation/CRM. 

  • Data-driven and innovative: Proficient in leveraging Google Analytics or similar and tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign results, testing new tactics to improve results. You're curious, resourceful, and a creative problem solver who embraces new technology. 

  • About You: You're enthusiastic about continuous learning, enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, and have a positive attitude.
