Your missions

Resource Innovations is seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Program Manager with a strong background in residential energy efficiency programs to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Program Manager you will provide important support and partner oversight to the implementation of a program to make residential homes more energy efficient.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee program performance and reporting with guidance from Program Manager.
  • Provide reliable and responsive customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with partners, subcontractors and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract and program requirements.
  • Meet with utility customer and vendors to present results, develop new scopes of work.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure our subcontractors are up to date with program information.
  • Maintain quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules.
  • Establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and partners, including identifying and anticipating needs and proposing solutions to address client concerns and assure problem resolution promoting long-term productive relationships.
  • Collaboratively develop, present, and implement recommendations to enhance go-to-market strategies and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, end-use utility customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field of study required; a Masters degree in a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relatable, professional experience.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience

  • Positive, proactive, action-oriented attitude.
  • Client service focused.
  • Ability to collaborate well at all levels within an organization and be a team-player.
  • Familiarity with Ohio-based Community Action Agencies or Community Based Organizations.
