Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage Website and Content: Ensuring content is current and optimized for SEO, update and manage the company’s website. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content and campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and others.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
  • Analyze and Report: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Continuously test and optimize digital campaigns to improve performance and ROI. Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effective spending and high ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or a related field.
  • Can consider undergraduate candidates with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging marketing material.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Advantageous but not required:

  • Experience in Sustainability related industry or projects e.g., Carbon Accounting / Reporting
  • Experience working in the Manufacturing Industry
