We are seeking a qualified Remote Trademark Attorney who is experienced in working across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with filing under the Madrid Protocol, starting from an initial UK application.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing trademark applications and registrations in various jurisdictions
• Advising on trademark strategy and protection
• Handling international filings through the Madrid Protocol
• Ensuring compliance with local and international trademark laws
• Providing legal advice and support on trademark-related matters

Requirements:

• Qualified Trademark Attorney with relevant certifications
• Extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional trademark filings
• In-depth knowledge of the Madrid Protocol and UK trademark processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
