Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Consumer Insights Specialist with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and providing actionable insights. As a freelancer, you will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely, managing your schedule while delivering high-quality research that informs our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Research: Conduct in-depth consumer research to understand behaviors, preferences, and attitudes. Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather comprehensive data.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret consumer data to uncover key insights. Use statistical software and tools to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate consumer insights. Present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
  • Behavioral Analysis: Study consumer purchasing patterns and decision-making processes to identify key factors influencing behavior. Provide insights to improve product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor and analyze consumer trends, emerging behaviors, and market shifts. Provide forecasts and strategic recommendations based on consumer insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align consumer insights with business objectives. Support the development of marketing campaigns and product strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple consumer insights projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Entry-Level
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with our team. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Flexibility: Ability to manage your schedule and deliver projects within deadlines.
