- First point of contact for customer inquiries
- Liaise with GP practices to handle prescriptions and queries
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact (Phone/Email & Live Chat) for our customers so delivery of outstanding customer service will be key. As part of your role you will also get to liaise with GP practices to request prescriptions and resolve any queries they may have.
You will be part of a small team that is growing and opportunities to develop your career will be available. We really need people who are comfortable on the phone and able to analyse and resolve any issues.

We are needing people who come from a contact centre background
If you have experience of Zendesk that would be beneficial.
Salary
$60,000 - $65,000 Full time
