Talent Acquisition Partner (Volunteer)

The Free Conversations Movement is a social non-profit organization born in 2016 which believes that everyone has a story and offers to everyone, regardless of their origin or gender, a peaceful, safe, and free-of-judgment space, where people can come and feel listened to. In order to make that happen, our street volunteers use two chairs place them in the cities where they live, and write down on a whiteboard: Free Conversations.

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us for 3 up to 5 hours a week, who will be reporting to the HR Director and responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from requisition to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the HR Director and the Founder to understand hiring needs.

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to source, identify and engage potential candidates.

  • Develop, track and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Manage the candidate experience, providing constructive feedback and ensuring a positive recruitment process.

  • Lead employer branding and D&I initiatives whenever possible.

  • Promote a positive candidate experience that reflects the company's values and culture.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, providing regular insights when needed.

  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.

  • Collaborate with HR, the founder and/or managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

  • Provide support to new employees during their initial integration period.


Experience & Skills:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English is a must. Other languages are desirable.

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business.

  • +2 years of experience in talent acquisition in a NGO environment strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple open positions

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking processes and other recruitment tools.
