• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization.
• Ensuring the team is consistently delivering the sprint goal commitments.
• Facilitating daily Stand up meetings and other Scrum events.
• Identifying improvements for subsequent sprints.
• Training and mentoring new team members for Scrum practices.
• Driving the planning sessions along with the Business Analyst.
• Guiding the team to ensure equitable distribution of responsibilities across the team.
• Ensuring the task breakdown for all committed PBIs as part of the sprint planning ceremony.
• Driving the retrospective and ensuring action items are identified and followed through.
• Ensuring the back log is healthy and maintaining the release plans.
• Ensuring that goals and scope are understood by everyone on the team.
