Digital Project Manager

Position: Digital Project Manager 

Salary: R32,000 - R40,000 pm

Responsibilities: 

Manage and supervise Project Managers, Fulfillment Team, and Account Management. 

Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

Coordinate daily with Project Managers and address operational issues with the COO. 

Track and report on overdue tickets and daily production labor capacity. 

Conduct weekly training sessions and provide growth feedback to Project Managers. 

Deliver monthly summaries and propose operational improvements. 

Assist in setting quarterly goals and plan staffing needs with HR. 

Develop annual operations plans aligning with company objectives. 

Requirements: 

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 

Experience: 

5+ years in project management. 

2+ years in a leadership role. 

Skills: 

Advanced proficiency in Project Management Software (ClickUp). 

Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Workspace, budgeting, and spreadsheets. 

Intermediate skills in design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma). 

Intermediate skills in web development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript). 

Advanced skills in digital marketing (SEO, Social Ads, Google Ads, Copywriting). 

Advanced analytics skills (Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking). 

Advanced email marketing and deliverability knowledge. 

Tech Requirements: 

PC: Intel® Core™ i7 or greater, 16GB RAM. 

Internet: Stable broadband (20 Mbps upload/download). 

High-quality noise-canceling headset and HD web camera. 

Soft Skills: 

Strong teamwork and adaptability. 

High integrity and customer service focus. 

Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

Attention to detail and long-term problem-solving abilities. 

Leadership qualities and proficiency in documentation.
