Empower Your Career in Renewable Energy

Shift: Day Shift, (Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM)
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: 80,000 to 120,000

Energize Your Role: Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Prepare and submit payroll (ACT on Fridays/AUS on Mondays).
  • Prepare and submit quarterly BAS.
  • Prepare and present weekly creditors report with advice and reasoning.
  • Review receivables and discuss outstanding accounts with reasoning.
  • Forecast accurately for monthly and quarterly periods, considering known cost changes for GM review before CEO presentation.
  • Prepare accurate monthly P&L for CEO review, including basic data collection and variance commentary.
  • Manage balance sheet activities.
  • Order and allocate stock to individual jobs.
  • Manage and document cashflow based on scheduled work availability.
  • Prepare and review contracts and letters of offer for new staff.
  • Complete daily workload documentation accurately when working remotely.
  • Monitor supplier pricing and adjust as necessary.
  • Manage insurances and subscriptions.
  • Oversee fleet management.
  • Handle administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the GM or CEO.

Requirements

Power Up Your Expertise: Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance/accounting roles (highly preferred).
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
  • Experience in BAS/IAS preparation (preferably).
  • Knowledge of Payroll preparation (preferably).
  • Proficiency in XERO software (required).
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Experience working with multiple entities.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
