Your missions

This is a remote position.

Scope

  • Part-time role, 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm UK (4 PM to 8 PM PHT)
Responsibilities
  • Manage internal communications using Telegram
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records
  • Provide executive assistance to the management team
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and sensitive matters
  • Assist with general administrative duties

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
  • Must have admin or executive assistance experience as well
  • Proficiency in using Telegram for business communication is a must
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
