Your missions

This is a remote position.

This job is full-time and work-from-home on an ongoing independent contractor arrangement.

Night Shift Schedule:
Monday to Thursday - 8:45am to 5pm EST (8:45pm - 5am Manila Time)
Friday - 8:45am to 3:45pm EST  (8:45pm - 3:45am Manila Time)

Description
Will assist in Supporting Clients and end-users with our Platforms included but not limited to our
current Web Portal current and future app.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to Clients/end users in a timely manner, via phone and/or email.
  • Identify Clients needs and assist with utilizing the features we offer
  • Monitor Client/Providers complaints/issues.
  • Share feature requests with team members
  • Inform Clients about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with Clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather Clients feedback and share with our team.
  • Provide detailed training on how to use our products to Clients

Requirements

  • Experience with end-user support in the technology field.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Knowledge/skills/abilities
  • Detail orientated with above-average organizational skills
  • Able to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Communicates clearly and effectively
  • Excellent reading comprehension
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word
