Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Time (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time)

​Responsibilities:

● Customer Inquiry Management: Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, follow-ups, pricing, delivery timelines, product defects, and more.

● Order Support: Provide comprehensive order management support, including order entry, checkout completion, and updating customers with shipment details.

● Customer Experience: Proactively manage and enhance the customer experience to exceed expectations and minimize escalations.

● Complaint Resolution: Address customer product complaints effectively,ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

● Communication Excellence: Deliver high-quality, accurate solutions through email, chat, and phone to our US customer base.

● Performance Standards: Consistently meet 100% of service goals in line with current standards and management directives.

● Team Collaboration: Actively engage in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

● Multitasking Skills: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in a live support environment with excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities.



Requirements

● Experience: 2-3 years in a customer success or service role.

● Communication: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

● Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail.

● Time Management: Effective time management and decision-making skills.

● Motivation: Self-motivated and results-driven.

● Performance Metrics: Experience in a metrics-oriented work environment.

● Customer Service: Proven track record of outstanding customer service.

● Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Suite products.

● Problem-Solving: Competence in addressing issues and preventing escalations.

● Sales Skills: Sales-oriented approach.

● Order Processing: Knowledge of order entry and checkout processes.


Nice to Have (But Not Required):

● Experience with Zendesk, RingCentral, Olark.

● Background in the custom printing industry.

● E-commerce sales support experience.
