The Office Services Assistant is responsible for printing, folding, and coordinating outgoing mail for pick up. Open, sort and scan incoming mail. Support the office activity by ensuring supplies are readily available, responding to requests and inquiries, monitoring equipment issues and appropriately organizing office related matters.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure resources are readily available by monitoring available office and kitchen supplies and ordering new materials as necessary
  • Print and mail all queued outgoing mail daily
  • Open and scan all incoming mail daily
  • Process returned mail following applicable department procedures
  • Support Account Management with flyers and materials for clients and meetings
  • Log and follow process on incoming checks received
  • Proactive involvement in suggesting improvements to current processes

Starting Hourly Rate: $20.00
