Job Summary
In this role you will lead a team of customer integration analysts in the work of successfully implementing or enhancing new and existing customer connections (EDI, API, SSO) via data integration and enrollment case builds. Your leadership will support your team in identifying, assessing, and resolving risks associated with data integrations while your collaboration and influence with other departments will help drive the work to meet department and organizational goals as it relates to data integration.
Analyze, recommend, and influence overall strategy to build integration ecosystems and supporting toolsets.
Work as a cross-functional leader across technical teams, business analysts, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee development and implementation of tools that ensure positive customer experience levels are maintained and efficiencies are identified, implemented, and supported.
Manage reporting for team metrics, resource capacity and achievement of key performance indicators.
Assess skill level of staff and provide coaching to develop a high-performing, motivated, and highly skilled integration team while fostering a work environment focused on The Standard’s values and behaviors.
Skills and Background You’ll Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, management information systems or computer science, or equivalent technology expertise and acumen acquired through work experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in leadership is required
Three (3) years of experience working in group insurance benefits or group benefits enrollment systems.
Experience managing vendors and working with external support partners is required.
Working knowledge of electronic data interexchange (EDI) including the use of various file formats (LDEx) and common programming languages (SQL, JScript, Python, Java, etc.) is preferred.
Experience working in or supporting Salesforce is preferred.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Salary Range:
$75,250.00 - $120,500.00
