Lieberman, Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for a Market Research Project Director to join our quantitative research team.  The incumbent will work hand-in-hand with our custom research team to execute research projects. We’re looking for qualified candidates with an understanding of and interest in research analytics and techniques, and an ability to use research to address key business questions. A high level of attention to detail, creativity and organization is a must. Candidates should have experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or retail sector 


 

Ideal candidates should have:


  • 2-4 years experience in market research and BA/BS in related field (market research, psychology, sociology, economics, business, industrial psychology, etc.)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and SPSS; excellent MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical  or healthcare sector a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 


Key Responsibilities


  • Independently manage multiple research projects 
  • Write questionnaires
  • Manage fielding of projects
  • Oversee data processing and data analysis including multivariate statistics
  • Analyze and synthesize data to address key business questions
  • Assist in creating accurate, business-oriented reports using intuitive charts, infographics, and graphics
  • Proof and post numbers for toplines and reports
  • Assist in creating reports and proposals
  • Partner with and provide guidance to Junior Project Directors on market research best practice
