You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of brand marketing and event-based activities that address market needs in a profitable way across the Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes brands. Success will be measured by your ability to develop and execute a winning brand and events marketing strategy.
 

As a Brand and Events Manager - Precision Sensors and Instrumentation, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Leading the events strategy, selection, budgeting and execution across all three PSI brands.

  • Developing and deploying a common process for event selection, budgeting and execution across all three PSI brands based on event scope, size, target audience and estimated return on investment.

  • Partnering with the Regional and Product Marketing teams including delegating responsibility for specific tasks in order to execute successful events for Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes.

  • Partnering with the Product, Regional and Digital and Demand Generation Marketing team members to execute brand-centric Marketing campaigns for each of the Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes brands.

  • Acting as the brand subject matter expert and compliance consultant for all members of the Marketing team and other functions in need of consultation on matters relating to Baker Hughes, Druck, Panametrics and Reuter Stokes branding.

  • Partnering with the PSI Digital and Demand Generation Marketing Leader to develop an all-encompassing digital and demand generation marketing strategy for the Precision Sensors and Instrumentation business.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) in Marketing, Business or another relevant subject from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.

  • Have demonstrable extensive experience in Brand and Events Marketing.

  • Have demonstrable experience of formulating a goal-orientated action plan and subsequent successful achievement of that plan.

  • Be technically competent with expertise in events strategy, organization and execution, as well as brand management and compliance.

  • Have the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a wide range of regionally and globally located stakeholders.

  • Be fluent in English. Effective professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers.

  • Be influential, energetic and enthusiastic, with the drive, ambition and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance.
